About

Hi, I’m Kristine Olson. I’m a movement specialist who uses Pilates to help you feel stronger and move with ease. Whether you’re parent trying to keep up with your kids, a senior who wants to improve your balance or a person who is nagged by injury, my approach is accessible for all ages and abilities. I am here to help you restore your strength, function, and confidence. I’m excited to meet you and get started!

    This foundational Pilates Mat Class will reconnect you to your deep, inner strength with the use of a variety of props.

  • Springs & Barrels

    A standout feature of the Pilates Method is the work done with the spring loaded equipment.

    The springs help you build muscle power, stamina & flexibility without muscle fatigue.

    You feel taller & stronger than when you walked in the door.

  • Pilates for Seniors

    For our seniors 70 and older who want to do Pilates but with a nuanced approach.

    Our focus is on strength building, improving balance and learning smart movement strategies for daily living.

Private Lessons

A 55 minute solo session where the Pilates Method will be catered to your specific needs. 

Whether you are finishing physical therapy or want an introduction prior to taking class, you will be met at your current point on your journey with care and respect.
