Hi, I’m Kristine Olson. I’m a movement specialist and educator who uses the Pilates Method to help you reconnect to your body to heal and transform your life.
Whether you’re parent trying to keep up with your kids, a senior who wants to improve your balance or a person who is nagged by injury, my approach is accessible for all ages and abilities.
